A Welsh actress who found fame in the 1970s, Rees was most familiar as Demelza in the popular series Poldark (1975-77). Other roles came in Doctor in Charge (1972-73), Close To Home (1990) and Trainer (1992) with films such as Hands of the Ripper (1971) and Under Milk Wood (1972).
