After enjoying early success on the stage Paul took her career in another direction by writing for television with husband Peter Lambda. Together they wrote for ITV series such as Probation Officer (1959-62), the rural Weavers Green (1966), daytime soap Harriet’s Back In Town (1972-73) and the drama Rooms (1974).
