A BAFTA nominated documentary producer, Organ won recognition for his work on Crimewatch (1987) and The Tribe (2007). He won a Grierson Award for 1983 – The Brink of Apocalypse (2008) and also produced China’s Terracotta Army (2007), Strictly Baby Ballroom (2007) and Last Chance To See (2009) amongst many others.
