Head of Development

After winning a place on C4’s new talent scheme, Carys joined the Film4 team as a development intern. Carys went on to develop programmes for BBC3, and at the age of just 26, Carys joined Minnow Films to become their new Head of Development. In October 2012, Carys joined Shine TV as part of their senior management team, taking on the role of Head of New Business.
