A ubiquitous character actor, Lloyd made several eye-catching appearances in Hancock’s Half Hour (1957-61) including The Blood Donor episode. He had bigger roles in series such as Hugh & I (1962-67), The Gnomes Of Dulwich (1969) and Lollipop Loves Mr Mole (1971), while his film work includes The Rebel (1961).
