A veteran of over 20 Carry On films including Carry On Cleo (1964) and Carry On Screaming (1966), Hume found further success with The Land That Time Forgot (1975), For Your Eyes Only (1981), Octopussy (1983), Return of the Jedi (1983), A Fish Called Wanda (1988) and Shirley Valentine (1989).
