Beginning his career as a sound editor, Holland worked on such movies as Gumshoe (1971), Don’t Look Now (1973), Barry Lyndon (1975), Cross of Iron (1977) and An Unsuitable Job for a Woman (1982). Later films as editor include Scrubbers (1983), The Company of Wolves (1984) and December Bride (1991).
