Robert Hargreaves

Television journalist, author

A former foreign editor and Washington correspondent at ITN, Hargreaves trained as a print journalist before joining the organisation in 1962. He covered such stories as the Apollo moon landing, the Manson trial and Nixon’s visit to China. In later years he served on the IBA, and later the ITC.
