Alongside husband Michael Denison Gray starred in a series of popular British movie hits including The Glass Mountain (1948), My Brother Jonathan (1948), The Franchise Affair (1951) and Angels One Five (1951). In later years she found a new audience with her role as Kate Harvey in Howard’s Way (1986-1990).
