Les Gibbard

A political cartoonist at The Guardian, New Zealand born Gibbard worked under animation director Richard Williams in the early 1970s. He produced and animated the series Newshound (1976-77), and also worked on such films as The Wind in the Willows (1995), The Forgotten Toys (1999) and Ivor The Invisible (2001).
