A BAFTA winner for Clive James On Television (1990), Drewett had previously won for Another Audience With Dame Edna Everage (1984). He worked on many of these popular ITV specials including An Audience With Dame Edna Everage (1980) and subsequently Dudley Moore (1981), Kenneth Williams (1983) and Billy Connolly (1985).
