A familiar face in television and movies, Conaway played Kenickie in the big screen version of Grease (1978) and followed this up almost immediately with a starring role as struggling actor Bobby in the popular sitcom Taxi (1978-1981). Other films include The Eagle Has Landed (1976) and Pete’s Dragon (1977).
