A talented and versatile actress, Clayburgh enjoyed success with leading roles in Gable and Lombard (1976), Silver Streak (1976) and An Unmarried Woman (1978) for which she was BAFTA nominated. Other notable films include Starting Over (1979), I’m Dancing As Fast As I Can (1982) and Running With Scissors (2006).
