English-born Caillou appeared in films such as Clarence, the Cross Eyed Lion (1965) which he also co-wrote. Other film screenplays include Evel Knievel (1971). On television he appeared in shows such as Bonanza, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. and Rat Patrol, contributing scripts for the latter two, amongst many others.
