How to Enter the Video Games Awards

Entry for the British Academy Games Awards in 2014 will open on Tuesday 25 June.
Please read the Entry Rules and guidelines before making an entry.
All entries should be made via the Entry Portal .
For games released up to and including Friday 29 November 2013
These games are released in time for the first stage of voting.
Entry Deadline: Monday 11 November
Early Bird Entry deadline: Monday 21 October
Categories: Games can be entered into as many categories as desired.
Fees:
The make the Awards as inclusive as possible, BAFTA is pleased to offer entrants their first entry complimentary if it is submitted on or before the 'Early Bird' deadline (21 October), with fees applying for subsequent entries:
1 x game: no fee (nb. the game can be entered in to multiple categories)
Up to 5 games: £210.00 (£175.00 + £35.00 vat)
6 games and over: £300.00 (£250.00 + £50.00 vat)
For games released before Friday 29 November but entered after the 'Early Bird' deadline the following fees apply
1 x game: £90.00 (£75.00 + £15.00 vat)
Up to 5 x games: £240.00 (£200 + £40.00 vat)
6 games and over: £348.00 (£290.00 + £58.00 vat)
For games released between Friday 29 November and 31 December 2013, inclusive (Late Releases)
These games are not released in time for the first stage of voting, and will go straight to jury.
Late Release Entry Deadline: Thursday 5 December
Categories: Late Release games are restricted to four categories per game.
Entry Fee: £420.00 (£350 + £70.00 vat)
