"Why is everyone complaining that there now no 'good' games to choose from... All of them have either amazing game play, awesome graphics or just overall popular and good. All the games you are mentioning are like never popular, never have TV ads and not often shown on websites like Game. "

Mike Geileskey

"Where's Dark Souls?"

"Portal 2.. Just incredible. So nice to have something different to the continual slew of generic shooters or poor RPGs. "

"The new game engine from Dice for Battlefield 3 is mindblowing, it instant kills Call of duty modern warfare. Though there are a bunch of bugs left to patch up.."

Marc H

(08-05-2012)

"Not a fantastic choice of games, MW3 has hardly been winning critical awards, despite it's popularity. Same goes for FIFA 12. While the other games aren't an offensive collection, it would've been nice to see more thematically and artistically mature games such as Deus EX: Human Revolution. Something the industry can be proud of."

Jack

(08-05-2012)

"If Portal 2 or Skyrim wins I would feel the vote is legitimate, but yeah no Human Revolution, crazy people."

Richard

(08-04-2012)

"Battlefield 3? Aside from the huge issues it is having with its online game, the offline had two game stopping bugs; one white screen during a sequence and a failure to trigger event. Who decided on this list?!?"

max

"as a REALLY succesfull gamemade by a Man not alot of people knew about, i think Minecraft is one of the BEST games of this year! with its "blocky" appearence not alot of people would like it at first sight, but once you start playing... you will never stop."

Sean

(27-13-2012)

"I know Skyrim will get its votes as it should, but I think Battlefield 3 deserves some credit. The game looks unbelievable and blows Call of Duty out of the water. I've got to support the underdog."

John

(27-12-2012)

"Sure, Minecraft and FIFA 12!"

Alec

(22-35-2012)

"Tough! 2011 had some amazing games, but it's Skyrim for me. The only thing saddening is this comment thread. Did someone mention Infamous 2? Seriously? Like.. You're trolling. You HAVE to be."

Ross Cameron

"The legend of zelda skyward sword it has to be ! "

ramee

"Fifa 12 Battlefield 3"

Robert Thompson

(12-36-2012)

"Its an ok line up but no bullet storm or gears of war... really :("

(11-05-2012)

"What a horrible lineup. No Dark Souls? Xenoblade Chronicles? inFamous 2? Instead we get friggin Minecraft, FIFA and CoD? Is this serious?"

Daniel

(10-44-2012)

"Batman or Uncharted. Close Call."

Darcus

(09-07-2012)

"Dice and Battlefield 3 have got a cheek, releasing an unfinished game that is still bug ridden and failing to provide decent gameplay for its online gamers"

Brogan

(09-20-2012)

"What about Infamous 2 or Dragon Age II?"

Bowerick Wowbagr

(09-46-2012)

"How can you not have Deus Ex Human Revolution in this list. Fail. Not voting. "
