Al Hunter Ashton

26 June 1957 - 27 April 2007

Actor/Screenwriter

A familiar face on screen, Hunter Ashton was also a prolific writer. He actually contributed scripts for EastEnders while starring as Ray Grice in Crossroads (1986-88), but will best be remembered for playing Pitbull in London's Burning (1996-2001). Screenwriting highlights include The Firm (1988) and the BAFTA-winning Safe (1993).
