Christine Blundell is one of the British Film Industry’s most celebrated and in-demand make-up designers. Her film credits include Vera Drake, Finding Neverland, Sunshine and the forthcoming Hippie Hippie Shake and The Boat that Rocked.
In this BAFTA webcast the Script Factory’s Briony Hanson talks to Christine about how she built an award-winning career in the film industry. She describes her early work as a salon hairdresser, retraining as a make-up artist and winning critical acclaim for Mike Leigh’s Topsy-Turvy.
