BAFTA Rocliffe 10th Anniversary Events

07 September 10

Spring 2009 marked the 10th anniversary of the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Forum. Find out more about the celebratory events held in both Nottingham and London.

Over the last 10 years the BAFTA-supported initiative has connected scores of aspiring British writers and filmmakers with BAFTA award winning talent including Mike Newell, John Madden and David Parfitt.

The events have grown bigger and better over time and we continue to invite writers to submit their scripts for consideration. The 10th anniversary events in April were testament to the success of the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Forum over all these years.

Comedien and writer Dave Spikey co-chaired an event in Nottingham on 29 April, and producer Elizabeth Karlsen co-chaired an event in London on 5 May.
