BAFTA Film Awards Sells In Over 130 Territories to Date

BAFTA announces that the EE British Academy Film Awards in 2013 are confirmed to be broadcast in over 130 global territories.

London, 18 January: The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has announced that, to date, the EE British Academy Film Awards are confirmed to be broadcast this year in over 130 territories in addition to the United Kingdom, continuing to increase on the successes of previous years. BAFTA once again has a strong global presence in all major territories around the world, including the likes of Africa, Asia, North America (including Canada), Latin America, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.

The ceremony will be hosted by Stephen Fry and will be broadcast in the UK on BBC One and BBC One HD, preceded by a red carpet show on BBC Three. On the night, wwww.bafta.org will feature red carpet highlights, photography and winners interviews, as well as dedicated coverage on its social networks including Facebook (/BAFTA), Twitter (@BAFTA / #EEBAFTAs), Tumblr and Pinterest.
