Patrick Connolly: Reporting from Focus on UK Film at Hamptons International Film Festival 2012.
Focus on UK Film Party at Wolffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, NY.
I took a break from screenings and went to a REALLY FUN PARTY as only the Brits know how to do.

Well, with the help of free-flowing drink and a gorgeous vineyard.
The crowd was all over the map and very friendly. That is my perfect storm of fun.
The lovely estate overlooks these amazing rows of grapevines which were only more spectacular at night with the harvest moon rising. ( I have failed as an intrepid blogger with not providing you a shot of this vineyard at nighttime with the harvest moon. Close your eyes and imagine. There. Nice, eh?)
The British Consul-General of New York Danny Lopez and his wife Susan were in attendance mixing with Co-Chair of the event, Trudie Styler, and Alan Cumming and Toby Jones who are both featured in films here.

Consul-General Danny Lopez, wife Susan, Trudie Styler, Festival Chairman Stuart Match Suna, Toby Jones.
I met a lot of great people and ran into some "blasts from the past" I even cornered a very talented producer to join our TV Committee. See how hard I am working?!

Consul-General Danny Lopez points out my feelings about this party.

Toby Jones telling me where to go. Not really but it is a "caption this" photo moment with Trudie Styler in the background.
Upper Right Picture: Toby Jones being interviewed before The Girl screening at Hamptons Film Festival.

"Hi Patrick, Thanks for your fun reporting on the HFF - sounds like you'll need recovery time! Would like to know the situation on places to stay in one decides to go to the HFF next year. Any special festival/accomodation deals? And if one is without a car, can you get taxis out there to special events, say at a winery? Thanks, Linda "
