CBBC and BAFTA are proud to announce that four young film-makers, have been nominated in the first CBBC me and my movie award, in association with BAFTA.

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts is now accepting entries for the Short Film and Short Animation Awards.

The chance to win the CBBC me and my movie award in association with BAFTA launches this week and culminates in one winning child being given a special new award at the annual Children’s BAFTA’s.

BAFTA is exchanging red carpet stilettos for flip flops to present an incredible series of events at the Latitude Festival in Suffolk from 12-15 July this year.
