As part of our ongoing celebrations in our 25th Anniversary year, BAFTA Los Angeles is pleased to announce our participation in a series of British content at the Egyptian and Aero Theatres, beginning with a series of films from Malcolm McDowell and Terence Davies.

The Least Among you, produced by BAFTA Los Angeles Member Julia Verdin has received two nominations for the 43rd NAACP Image Awards.

With our Board now in place, BAFTA Los Angeles is inviting Members who are interested in serving on the various Committees that operate alongside the Board of Directors to contact us.

BAFTA Los Angeles will once again be partnering with Variety to present the BritWeek Film & TV Summit on Friday, April 27, 2012 with a discounted rate for Members.

Earlier this year, BAFTA Los Angeles was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of long-time friend and former Board Member, Ian Abercrombie. Memorial details have now been confirmed.

BAFTA Los Angeles is looking forward to another exciting and busy year ahead, and our plans for 2012 were discussed during the recent Annual General Meeting on January 25.
