Student Short Film Festival

BAFTA Los Angeles receives entries leading Film Schools in Southern California, and presents a special evening showcasing the best student short films of the year.

The films are viewed and critiqued by Members as they are screened, and the evening also includes networking opportunities for the student filmmakers to meet and discuss their work with our BAFTA Members.

The first-placed filmmaker is granted the valuable opportunity to attend BAFTA Los Angeles events, seminars and screenings for a year to support their pursuits during this important early stage of their filmmaking career.
