BAFTA Los Angeles is currently seeking jurors for the 10th Annual BAFTA Los Angeles Student Film Awards. Supporting and advancing excellence in our craft is always an important part of our mission, which is why this has become a very exciting event for BAFTA Los Angeles.

The Awards will be held on June 20, 2013 and we are now seeking expert judges from our Membership to select the finalists.

BAFTA Members wishing to join the jury will be committing to watch between 35 – 60 films of between 5 and 25 minutes. The total viewing time should be no more 20 hours or so. This is an excellent opportunity to involve yourself with one of BAFTA Los Angeles’s most valued academic principles – encouraging and rewarding excellence in upcoming filmmakers.

If you are interested in joining the jury, please contact us via email and include a brief explanation of your reason for applying. In the meantime, please save the date of June 20 for the awards evening.
