The competition is run on behalf of and by British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA). Entries must be made in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions.
The prize draw is open to all UK residents except employees of any company or organisation associated with the prize draw (including without limitation the British Academy of Film and Television Arts) and their families; the agents of any of the above companies or organisations, their employees and the families of their employees; or any other person associated with this prize draw.
All entries must be made via the official competition form on the BAFTA website.
Only people living within the UK may enter. If you enter from outside the UK your entry may be discounted.
All entrants must be over the age of 18 on the opening date of the festival. Entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the event by a responsible adult.
Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions, which, by taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted.

No entries will be accepted after the competition has officially closed on Friday 3 July 2009 at 12 noon (GMT) The winner will be drawn from random from the pool of correct entries and the winning entrant will be notified by email or telephone. The tickets will be available for collection at BAFTA headquarters or will be sent to the winning entrant by post.
BAFTA reserves the right to publish the name of the winning entrant on the BAFTA website and the prize winner’s names will be available on request sending a SAE to BAFTA and specifying which competition you are enquiring about.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party ( BAFTA Privacy Policy ).
All entries must be made via the official competition form on the BAFTA website. Proof of submission of the entry form will not constitute proof of delivery and no responsibility will be accepted for lost, corrupted, delayed or mislaid entries.
There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and the prize is not transferable.
In the event of any dispute regarding the competition Terms & Conditions and Result, the decision of BAFTA shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
BAFTA will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the competition being fulfilled, a winner being chosen, or the prize being taken up or fully enjoyed by the winner. In the event of any error, whether printing, technological or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, BAFTA reserves the right to administer the competition as though the error had not occurred.
