"As the 2012 BAFTA Video Games Awards photographer, I just wanted to make the nominees feel comfortable, and light the shoot in an informal and natural way. I gave them a bit of space to express themselves as they are creative people, and not celebrities so not always used to being in front of a BAFTA photographer. The main part of my job I feel, is to make my subjects feel relaxed and at ease, which brings out their characters."
