A French actress who appeared in over 30 features during a career that spanned less than 15 years, Monlaur began acting in French and Italian films after working as a model for Elle magazine. After being spotted by Hammer Studios’ Anthony Hinds she notably started in horror films including Circus of Horrors (1960), The Bride of Dracula (1960) and The Terror of Tongs (1961).
