A popular singer with an easy listening style, Williams was a multi-million selling artist who fronted The Andy Williams Show (1962-71), which showcased his talents while bringing other stars to the fore. He also dubbed the high notes for Lauren Bacall’s singing voice in To Have And Have Not (1944).
