Ray Merrin

Sound Designer

A British sound designer who crafted the sound mixes for classic films including Batman (1989) and Trainspotting (1996), Merrin was posthumously recognised with a BAFTA Special Award for his outstanding contribution to sound design. He earlier received BAFTA nominations for his work on Little Voice (1998), Hilary and Jackie (1998), and the first two Harry Potter films (2001-2002).
