A British political scientist and broadcaster, Professor Peter Frank studied and worked at Leeds University as a historian before changing disciplines when he moved to Essex University in 1968. As a noted Kremlinologist, Frank conveyed complex information about Russian politics to mainstream audiences on the BBC and Channel 4 from the early 1970s.
