Paul Styles OBE

Television executive

A British television executive who began his career developing an industry standard film technician training scheme, Styles then joined the Independent Programme Producers Association where he was pivotal in lobbying for 25% of all UK TV airtime to be supplied by indies. Through his later role as head of broadcast consulting for KPMG, he established one of the country’s first cable channels, UK Living, in 1993.
