A British writer and illustrator whose work was hugely popular with children, Hutchins’ best known book was Rosie’s Walk, which was adapted for television in 1970. Her series of Titch stories also made their way to TV (1997-2000), and she was also a presenter on the children’s show Rosie & Jim (1994).
