Pamela Meager

A British make-up artist whose career began in the office of Michael Balcon at Ealing Sudios, Meager vividly envisioned characters and was known for her pioneering prosthetics. She won BAFTAs for I, Claudius (1976) and The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (1988), and received a further nomination for her combined efforts on Crime and Punishment (1979) and Suez 1956 (1979).
