Mickey Rooney

A pint-sized American actor who made his stage debut at less than 18 months old, Rooney found fame as a child star in silent cinema. He signed with MGM in 1934 and starred in hits including A Family Affair (1937) and Babe In Arms (1939). In a screen career spanning 10 decades he amassed over 300 screen credits, received four Oscar nominations, and won two honorary Oscars
