A British writer best known for his books chronicling the tales of Paddington Bear, Bond penned more than 27 stories (1958-2017) featuring the Peruvian bear with a fondness for marmalade. His work was adapted for the screen on numerous occasions, most successfully in the animated series Paddington (1976-1980) and the live action movie Paddington (2014).
