A Canadian born actor, Massie won a BAFTA for Most Promising Newcomer after his performance in Anthony Asquith’s Orders To Kill (1958). British based for the early part of his career, his other films include Sapphire (1959), Libel (1959), The Two Faces of Dr Jekyll (1960) and The Rebel (1961).
