A cinematographer who worked largely in British television, Gardner worked both as a camera operator and Director of Photography on documentaries such as The Real King’s Speech (2011) and shows including Life Begins (2004) and Medieval Lies (2004). His feature credits included Bridget Jones’s Diary (2001) and The Age Of Stupid (2009).
