An influential producer of educational television, Kriwaczek made an eclectic range of programmes including Ancestral Voices (1974), the Indian soap Parosi (1975), The Computer Programme (1981), Bellamy’s Backyard Safari (1982), Mozart His Life With Music (1985) and Living Islam (1993). After retiring from television he found success writing history books.
