A British actress whose career began on the stage in the 1940s, Kerr made her television debut in The Price of Silence (1959). She went on to make appearances in a number of primetime shows including The Avengers (1962), The Wednesday Play (1966) and One Foot in the Grave (1992-1995). Her final screen role was that of Dora Grimes in 2point4 Children (1991-1999).
