A Singapore-born British actress best known for her role as Valerie Pollard on the soap Crossroads (1982-1986), Chasen’s character was the cheating wife of a millionaire shareholder in the hotel. She had earlier notably played more than 20 characters on the radio sitcom The Navy Lark (1959-1977).
