A vibrant presence on screen from the 1970s, Gregory had significant roles in the cult series Survivors (1976) and Reilly: Ace of Spies (1983). She took on supporting roles in many other popular shows of the period, and appeared in films including Agatha (1979) and The Baby Of Macon (1984).
