An American writer who worked predominantly in animation, Bressack was prolific throughout the 1990s writing episodes for shows including Tiny Toon Adventures (1990-1991), Darkwing Duck (1991-1992) and Animaniacs (1993-1997). He was best known for his work Pinky and the Brain (1995-1998) and Pinky, Elmyra & the Brain (1998-1999).
