George ‘Foghorn‘ Winslow

An American child actor who retired aged 12, Winslow made his first screen appearance Cary Grant in Room for One More (1952). Memorable thanks to his unusually deep and raspy voice, he stole scenes opposite Marilyn Monroe in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (1953) and The Rocket Man (1954).
