A key figure behind the scenes in contemporary British television, Forsdick was managing director of production company Gallowgate and as such was particularly associated with stars Ant and Dec on programmes like their Saturday Night Takeaway (2007). Other shows he worked on include The Big Breakfast (1998-2000) and Survivor (2001).
