An Irish actor who enjoyed a successful theatre career on both sides of the Atlantic, O’Connor relocated to California in 1990 after two decades on the London stage. On screen he appeared in a diverse range of films including Time Bandits (1981), Hope & Glory (1987), Lethal Weapon 2 (1989) and End of Days (1999).
