Darcus Howe

A Trinidadian broadcaster and writer who played a crucial role in British civil rights activism, Howe was a prominent member of the British Black Panther movement. He established the Race Today Collective in 1973, and became known on screen for his multicultural current affairs programmes, including The Bandung File (1985-1991) and The Devil’s Advocate (1992-1996).
