David Butler

Butler appeared in Emergency Ward 10 but was best known for bringing many television series to the screen, including the BAFTA-winning Edward VII (1975), and Mountbatten: The Last Viceroy, which won an Emmy in 1986. His few feature film credits included an Oscar-nominated screenplay for Voyage of the Damned (1976).
