A familiar face from her three year run in EastEnders (2002-05), Braid played the much loved but slightly dotty Nana Moon. Her first major TV success came as another scatty character, Wolfie’s prospective mother-in-law in Citizen Smith (1977-80). Other roles came in Couples (1976), Brookside (1984) and Oliver Twist (1985).
