Rowan Ayers

A former assistant head of presentation at BBC television, Ayers’ biggest success was Late Night Line-Up (1964-73), a groundbreaking series that changed the face of arts broadcasting. He also produced the viewer led Open Door (1973-74), before emigrating to Australia where he produced a variety of programmes for Channel 9.
